Beem is a consumer fintech platform spanning web and native apps, built around cash advances, banking, credit building, and AI-powered money tools. The product experience stretches across Trybeem’s website and the iOS and Android apps.

I worked on Beem as Associate Director of Design. The app is currently live across both stores, with 1M+ downloads on Google Play. As of April 5, 2026, it shows 2.5 from 16K reviews on Google Play and 4.1 from 25K ratings on the App Store.

I led the learner experience for Simplilearn’s Learning Management System, shaping the information architecture, dashboard, learning journeys, Help & Support, and community experience across a large-scale, login-gated learning platform.

Through learner research and targeted UX initiatives driven by a POD team, we increased course completion from 35% to 50%, improved Help & Support CSAT from 3.2 to 4.1, and grew community monthly active users from around 80 to 1000. I also led the Skillup domain, growing revenue without marketing involvement and making it the only profitable department.

Luminous India is a direct ecommerce platform for power backup and residential solar products. The work focused on helping more users discover the right products and complete purchases directly on the brand’s own platform.

At the time, a large share of sales was flowing through Flipkart and Amazon. I helped restructure the ecommerce experience to improve discoverability and sales without relying on extra discounting, working alongside one junior designer.

Viva Konnect is an IoT-connected patient app within Vivance’s kidney-care ecosystem, designed to support therapy tracking, medication adherence, vitals monitoring, dietary management, teleconsultation, and remote connectivity with care providers.

I was the sole designer on this project for a Singapore-based company. Alongside the patient app, the wider ecosystem included a clinic portal and AI-based risk prediction models. The app was tied to the physical product experience and shared on invitation after purchase rather than through the public app stores.

DWS TeamLease is a mobile app built for TeamLease associates and clients to access operational information in one place. It brings together salary details, PF and ESIC information, alerts, document submission, banking information, and account visibility into a single experience.

I worked on this while consulting for TeamLease, designing it with two other designers. Alongside the live mobile app, I also designed a SaaS version of the product that never went live.

Skillenza started as an independent online hackathon platform and later got acquired. The current hosted experience still carries the original design direction, including the parts I worked on before the acquisition.

I designed the event modules, the submission experience, and the checking flows that helped teams participate and reviewers evaluate entries without friction.
